  12. It is an adventure; lots of ups and downs.
  13. It is a lifestyle.
  14. It is client service coupled with good work habits.
  15. It is hard work and late nights.
  16. It is all about people.
  17. It is learning how to respectfully saying no.
  18. It is a race against time; use the pareto principle daily.
  19. It is a lot of PowerPoint, Excel, and data.
